How To Use Eucalyptus Essential Oil for Arthritis, Joint Pains and Muscle Aches
Aromatherapy Bath. Create a pain relieving bath by dispersing 12 drops of eucalyptus essential oils in your warm bath water. You can also mix the eucalyptus oil with milk to help it disperse. Soak in this bath to help reduce the aches and pains.

Joint Compress. Add 25 drops (1.25 ml or ¼ teaspoon) of eucalyptus essential oil to ½ cup (4 oz or 125 ml) of warm water, dip your hand towel or bath sponge in it, wring off the excess and place it on the aching joint to help relieve the pains.

Body Massage Oil. Add 50 drops (2.5 ml or ½ teaspoons) of eucalyptus essential oil to one cup (8 oz or 250 ml) of sweet almond oil or olive oil or any other carrier oil of your choice to create a relaxing body massage oil. Massage the aching joints and muscles with this oil to relieve the aches.
